
What do you mean by Emotional Health? Is it a problem or a disease? Is it good to discuss about it or is it something bad?
It is a natural process which can take place anytime, anywhere with people like you and me.
Why do people avoid talking about brain problems? Why do they feel that it will be wrong if someone got to know about this? Have you ever noticed that people usually tell about their body problems very openly like "I am a cancer patient" or "I am a diabetes patient", but why its never like people saying "I have a brain issue" or "I am a depression patient". Why everyone finds this a bad problem? They always hide these issues.

We all consider that its all in their mind. We feel like being in depression is one's choice.

Yes, we say these types of lines to the ones who tell us their problem and if they want some advice.
So, the main reason of someone's depression is "WE".

Have you asked yourself, "are you really there ?" The resounding answer is a big "NO".
Yes, this is the fake side of the world.
Being alone, being in depression, feeling leftover, not able to share your feelings with anyone, confused about life, not getting what you want, not able to be happy with what you have etc, these all emotions are real and we all go through one or the other.
Showing condolence over something which has already happened is senseless.
You need to feel it!
You need to learn from it!
You need to change yourself!
You need to change your mindsets!
Life is too short to hate someone. We don't know when one's role can end up and Boom!!, the person is gone. All you need to do is, be kind to people, become a helping hand for your loved ones. Stop socializing each and everything if you do not feel for it or if you cannot make sense out of it.
Don't feel shy to talk about these things, make yourself open with any kind of problem.
Because if we will keep watering the plants of overthinking and depression inside us, then it will only make us die from inside.

Life is so simple, so live it in a simple way. Be happy. Make your surroundings happy. Take good care of your loved ones and love the ones who need your love as well as care. Make them feel that you are there for them.
